Kambo was calling, it had been circling in our space for years before we finally had the opportunity to sit with the medicine in March of 2023. While our first experience was very westernized, we are grateful for it as it opened the door to a deeper relationship with the prince of the jungle, Sapo, Kambo or acate.
Jamie was the first to dip her toe into the water and from her first encounter with Kambo she began to experience an immense amount of healing in her body.
When she told Lauren about her experience and response was a full body yes, not fully knowing what she would be stepping into. For Lauren, it felt like a deep prayer of surrender, which is exactly what she needed at this time in her life.
That experience opened the door for them to continue the work as they dove in and committed to training with the Certified Kambo Practitioners International group. The training was deep, profound, healing, challenging and one of the most life changing experiences ever.
Now, we are committed to sharing this medicine with the world as we continue to do the self work while maintaining the tradition of Kambo with those we serve.
